Recruitment process
Application submitted
We review every application carefully. We aim to keep response times short and will get back to you regardless of whether your application is a match.
Interview 1
If your application is relevant, you will be invited to an initial interview with our recruitment team. We will ask about your experiences and tell you more about Prevas Test & Measurement.
Programming test
For roles that require specific programming skills, you will be asked to complete a test via Kattis, our external system. This helps us understand your programming level.
Interview 2
In this step, we take a deeper dive into your technical background to understand your competence. If you completed the programming test, we may ask you a few questions about it.
References
Before we make a final decision, we collect references. We may contact your referees by phone or through our system Refensa.
Agreement, terms and salary model
Finally, we review the employment agreement, terms and conditions, and our salary model with you.
